A Study on an Application System for the Sustainable Development of Smart Healthcare in China

The purpose of this study is to explore ways apply information technologies such as big data, Internet things (IoT), mobile internet, and so on the healthcare industry. By analyzing impact path high-techs healthcare, it intends propose an application system for sustainable development called “smart healthcare”. It identifies influencing factors smart from three different perspectives: society, economy environment. then constructs indicator containing 14 factors, comprehensively analyzes importance dependence by using Fuzzy Decision-making Trial Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) Interpretative Structural Modeling Method (ISM) based a multi-level hierarchy model. Using theoretical framework scientific research methods, paper reveals hierarchical whole intelligent which starts social level, combines economic levels achieve balanced benefits, finally brings benefits environmental level. Based finding, develops medicine in levels: government, enterprise user. can provide guidance model evaluation.
